For the first time, Gelmatic will participate in SIGEP USA, the leading event for the North American foodservice industry, taking place in Las Vegas from March 24–26, 2026.
Gelmatic reconfirms its presence at SIGEP 2026 (Rimini, January 16–20), the international showcase where the excellence of gelato, pastry, bakery, and coffee reaches its highest expression and where future trends take shape.
