Fill the silicon moulds with fiordilatte express gelato.
Level with a spatula.
Place a mini-cone in each mould and then place in a shock freezer.
Remove the mini-cones from their moulds.
Cover the top with dark chocolate icing.
Immediately dip the ends of the mini-cones in the crunchy puffed rice.
