«In a place like this, we cannot rely on a constant stream of customers, as our business is dependant on the weather. We have, therefore, chosen this type of machine, with express blending, in order to offer our customers express gelato that is always fresh, always creamy, and even a new product.
We have chosen to use Gel Matic machines because we have seen the machines and the company, we have met the people behind the company and, given that we only use products of the very highest quality, we know that these machines let us offer a top quality product every time.
Another reason why we have chosen Gel Matic is the fact that these machines appear to be the most technically advanced on the market today.
Since we organise various events, after installing our new machines, we came up with the idea of organising an event featuring Gel Matic machines, and so we are now preparing ice cream cocktails. We ran some trials and the results were spectacular.
We call this new corner the “ICE BOX” and both this format and the express gelato have proved very successful and popular.
This is our Gel Matic evening. We call it the Cocktail Walk because it develops along a path for people to stroll down and enjoy our cocktails.»
