The HPC (High Production Capacity) series includes one and two-flavours countertop and vertical machines, with a freezing cylinder of 3.5 litres in capacity, and 18 litre refrigerated hoppers with a minimum mixture level indicator.
The large production cylinders and hoppers make the HPC series a highly professional and ideal machine for producing excellent gelato and ice cream or frozen yogurt in high quantities.
