The BiB “Bag-in-Box” series includes one and two-flavour countertop and floor standing machines, with standard or large production freezing cylinders of 1.7 or 3.5 litres in capacity respectively.

The use of the Bag-in-Box technology ensures excellent standards of hygiene and practicality. As a result of the conservation hopper being made redundant, the risk of mix contamination in contact with air has been eliminated. The hopper is replaced with a refrigerated cabinet where the container is located, from which the liquid mix is injected into the freezing cylinder by means of a pressurizing pump. An approach that in turn leads to a straightforward, effortless cleaning process, since the system requires the operator to solely replace the empty container.
All of the machines in this series can be configurated with air or water condensation and each model comes with different voltage selections. The graphics are entirely customizable to suit every client’s needs.
