Host è a cadenza biennale ed è la più importante manifestazione per l’hospitality business, mirata esclusivamente agli operatori del settore, con i suoi 6 diversi padiglioni specializzati (Ristorazione Professionale, Pane/Pizza/Pasta, Bar/Macchine caffè, Gelateria/Pasticceria, Caffè, Hotel&Spa). Sei filiere diverse, ma anche complementari, che trovano la giusta integrazione all’interno di questa fiera.
