The Fair will feature Slovenian and foreign exhibitors presenting their quality brands and defined trends for the professionals of the sector.
The fair is well known for its quality, rich and various offerings, professionalism and for its innovations.
The world’s leading producers from the ice cream industry are present, particularly from Italy – the “home of ice cream”. Ice cream means equipment and machineries, ingredients and semi-finished products.
NEW - In 2011, the 1st championship in MAKING ICECREAM was held in Slovenia, and will be held every year, thus becoming a tradition!

NOVITÀ - il 1° campionato della PREPARAZIONE DEL GELATO in Slovenia si è svolto nel 2011 e verrà riproposto ogni anno, diventando così una tradizione.
