4-7 FEBRUARY 2012 - HO.RE.CA. - ATHENS
Willing to fill a big gap in the field of trade shows addressed to gastronomy and horeca industry, FORUM SA organised HORECA (Hotel-Restaurant-Cafe) in February 2006. Professionals warmly welcomed and supported HORECA which is now organised annually and is actually considered the best and fastest growing professional exhibition in Greece.
HORECA offers a complete overview of all new products for the provisioning and equipment of every foodservice and hospitality company. The show is organised under the auspices of main professional organisations such as the Hellenic Chef's Association, the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels, the Attica Hotels Association and the Ministry of Tourism and Culture.
The excellent organisation, the innovative layout and the multitude of parallel events in combination with the intensive advertising campaign have brought HORECA to the first place in just 6 years rendering the show a major institution for the sectors of Gastronomy and Tourism in our country.

HORECA (Hotel-Ristoranti-Caffè) è stata organizzata per la prima volta nel febbraio 2006, per rispondere alle esigenze dell’industria gastronomica e della ristorazione. Gli addetti al settore hanno caldamente sostenuto questa manifestazione, che è ora organizzata annualmente e considerata la migliore fiera sul territorio greco e quella con maggiori potenzialità di crescita.
HORECA offre una panoramica completa di tutti i nuovi prodotti e delle attrezzature per il foodserve e l’ospitalità. L’esposizione è organizzata sotto il patrocinio delle principali organizzazioni del settore, quali l’Associazione Cuochi Greci, l’Associazione degli Albergatori Greci e dell’Attica e il Ministero del Turismo e della Cultura.
L’eccellente organizzazione, il layout innovativo e i numerosi eventi paralleli, in congiunzione con un’intensa campagna pubblicitaria, hanno portato HORECA al primo posto in soli 6 anni, facendone una delle istituzioni fondamentali per l’industria gastronomica e turistica del paese.
