Interview with Angelo, “Piadineria del borgo” owner

«I run a “piadineria”, in other words, I sell freshly made flat breads with a choice of fillings to customers whose age ranges from 1 to 90 years.
I decided to install a soft serve machine in order to extend the products on offer, as we only sell savoury and sweet piadine, and so soft serve – an fast and fresh product – has proved popular with our customers.
